Hello, My name is Austin Brookie.

I am a native of Greenville, SC where I currently live with my wife Sherrie, son Charlie, daughter Lucie, and dog Smokey. I love the outdoors, hiking, tennis, Clemson Football, and of course traveling the world.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering (with a minor in Mathematical Sciences) in May 2003 and my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in August 2012 from Clemson University.

I am employed full-time as a Senior Software Developer at Hitachi Solutions (a Microsoft CRM Consultancy) in downtown Greenville, SC.

For over 10 years now, I have been doing web design and web application development part time for small businesses and organizations. In Feburary 2010, Austin Brookie Web Design became a Limited Liability Company (LLC) and an official registered business in the state of South Carolina.

Pricing

Each project is different and each site design is custom, therefore the pricing will vary depending on the requirements for your site. My services are considered very reasonably priced by all my customers and I am willing to work with you to come up with the best web solution for you!

Browser & Device Support

I offer clean, solid, and stable code giving the customer a firm foundation for current and future browsers. All sites are tested on all major browser platforms including: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. I will also use responsive design on all projects that will enable the site to look and perform well on all size devices (including smart phones, tablets, etc.)

Support and Maintenance

With each project, I offer 3 months (90 days) of service and support for your site absolutely free. During this period, any changes, updates, or minor modifications I will take care of for you. This allows for a smooth transition for you the client to begin taking over the full administration of the site yourself.

Training

In addition to the 3 months of service, training and documentation on how to maintain your site going forward is also included for each project. By the end of the training, you will be able to update and add additional content to your site yourself at any time.

Analytics

On each site I develop, I will hook up your own Google Analytics account that will enable you to gather over 50 different visitor traffic reports on your site including: number of visitors accessing your site, what browsers your visitors are using, where your visitors are in the world, what search engine keywords people are using to find your site, etc.

Strategy

Leveraging my MBA background and experience in a variety of different types of businesses, I am able to work with you the client to develop an online business strategy that will attract and retain more user/customer traffic to your site.
